Who we are
Vividloop AI is a referral and matching service. We connect homeowners who request an estimate with one local service provider in their trade and area. We are not the contractor performing the work, and providers may pay Vividloop for the leads we refer to them.
What we collect
When you request an instant estimate or submit a contact or score-request form on our site, we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, the project details and city you provide, and any message. We also record the consent you give to be contacted, including the consent language shown, the time, your IP address, and the page you submitted from. The forms send that information to our own systems at dashboard.vividloop.ai.
When you book through the intro-call link, the scheduling provider (Cal.com) receives the information you enter to schedule the meeting; their privacy policy governs that data. When you call a phone number on this site, standard call records apply.
How we use and share it
We use your information to produce your estimate, to match you with one local service provider, and to respond to your inquiry. When you submit an estimate request, we share your contact and project details with that one matched provider so they can contact you about your request. We do not auction your request to a list of competing bidders. Providers may compensate Vividloop for referred leads.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service vendors (for example, telephony and email providers) to deliver the service on our behalf.
Calls and texts; opting out
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you authorize Vividloop and the provider we match you with to call or text you about your request, including by automated technology. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP; we maintain a suppression list and stop sending to numbers that opt out.
Hosting and analytics
Our site and systems run on our own cloud server (a virtual server we administer directly). We do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this marketing site as of the last-updated date above. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice.
